Men underestimated her at the poker table, but that didn't stop Annie Duke. There aren't many women in the poker world and she is undeniably one of the most popular female player today. Duke is the sister of the famed “poker professor” Howard Lederer and, incidentally, who taught her how to play. In 1994, her brother encouraged her to play full-time. Since then she has won a WSOP bracelet and more than half a million dollars in winnings.
