Daniel Negreanu's Poker Blog
Daniel Negreanu, known to the poker world as Kid Poker, is one of the biggest sensation in Poker. This Toronto native is arguably one of the best players and one of the most successful in poker tournament history.
In 2003, he launched a poker website, Full Contact Poker. It has since has enjoyed tremendous growth largely because of Daniel's popularity, and because of his regular poker journal or blog featured on the site.
Daniel's blog gives us a peek into a brilliant poker player's mind. He shares his own strategies and tips for playing tournament poker, plus insight to the life of a real pro as he describes his day-to-day tourney activities, the hands he played, and his experiences at the poker table.
It's a no holds barred flow of Daniel's thoughts about everything poker, like these:
"After doing some serious thinking, though, I could see myself spending a lot more time at the tables in the future. I am a gambler at the core. It's part of who and what I am. I don't think that'll ever change, and I don't see any reason why it should."
"It was the most poorly designed concept I'd ever seen for a poker tournament. They took such a potentially beautiful idea of pitting country against country in an Olympic style event, and tarnished it by turning it into a cheating expose, or a "how to" on playing partners in a poker game."
