Here are a few but most played forms of strip poker.
Strip Poker at Showdown – This is the fastest and simplest for of strip poker. When every hand goes to a showdown, every player except for the winner will remove an article of clothing.
Strip Poker without betting – Another form of strip poker is played without betting. This form best suits Draw Poker with showdown. After every player has drawn the cards they need, the one holding the worst hand is required to remove an article of clothing.
Strip Poker with chips – Poker is played with each playing having a limited supply of chips. When a players runs out of chips will have to remove a piece of clothing so he can buy more chips.
Strip poker can be played with different rules that vary depending on how you would want to play the game. But to avoid unecessary clash, you should define what counts as items of clothing and what's off-limits. You can count a pair of shoes, or socks, as part of it. Or even jewelries. The best way to keep a strip poker game fair is to make a rule that underwear stays on.
